Olivia Griffith serves as an Engagement Lead with Blue Zones Project Dodge County team. Olivia obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and has always had a passion for health and well-being.
Prior to joining the Blue Zones Project, Olivia has taken on many roles to improve well-being in the lives of others including being a personal trainer, coach, and youth mentor. When Olivia came across Dan Buettner’s TED Talk on Blue Zones, she immediately had a desire to be a part of this project that was spreading across the nation. Being a part of the grass-roots initiative in Dodge County has truly been dream.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys hiking, biking and being outdoors, playing volleyball, and enjoying a cozy cup of coffee with a good read. Family is an essential part of her life because even though they are spread across the country, they will always be close at the heart.
